You obviously can't live this world alone; you need companions to accompany you along the rough paths of life. Especially when trying to be missionaries in the marketplace, having people who are on the same page as you work with you and encourage you on can be a big boost to your confidence. If you are able to work cooperatively with people, then a synergistic effect can be produced and more can be achieved than if you were trying to go about alone in your works.
This week's project taught me that everyone on a team, no matter if they have different positions and qualities, needs to be on the same page when regarding responsibilities and willingness. Everyone needs to lead themselves to really question what the purpose and goals of their missions are and fulfill their expected responsibilities in a team. Working in a team setting never ceases to challenge my faith and patience.
