My identity is in Christ and a child of God. If I don't trust in my Father, our relationship would not be healthy. With an unhealthy relationship, both of the party members will be negatively effected. My identity would be damaged because of my identity as a child of God. Also my passion would not be as intense because my passion is to glorify God but me not trusting in Him would change the purpose of my passion.
